Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Humara is used to treat certain joint pains, autoimmune diseases like psoriasis/Crohn disease, chronic infections like tuberculosis. Hhepatitis B tend to exacerbate with the drug and it produces infections as it interferes with immune system.

So, the drug is to be taken with caution in order not to have any hurdle in planned liver transplant. Do not take it without consulting your treating expert.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale
