Can Hydrocodone-Acetaminophen Be Given While Suffering From Kidney Stones?

hi I have question concerning my husband hes having a kidney stone attack right now hes had them numerous times has had surgery 2 times and so I have leftover pills hydrocod/acetam 10-325 mg can I give him these will they be strong enough YYYY@YYYY

It is possible that the hydrocodone/acetaminophen would be effective for his pain relief. He may also need a relaxant to help with the spasms in the renal system due to the stones. The use of a lot of fluids is recommended. If the pain is severe, then he should be assessed because some stones are too large to be passed in this way.
