Can I Apply Momate Instead Of Moxnol For The Small White Patches?
I am 53 year old female. I have small white patches on the neck and on the lips. When consulted a dermatologist he suggested to use application of MOXNOL (Mometasone Furote Cream I.P 0.1%). I find a little positive change. Due to non availability, the chemist gave me Momate (Glenmark ) saying that it is the same composition. Can I use it? Or I should avoid using the Mometaone Furoate Cream it self? Please advise?
Yes momate and moxnol are the same thing, the only difference is the manufacturing company....As this is a mid-potent steroid which has its own side effects also, i recommend you not to use it on your own for a long duration...thanks
