Hello,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic forum.
Normally the rbcs and wbcs which are red and white blood cells & epithelial cells are absent in urine. When any bacteria or other organisms cause urine infection these cells are seen in the urine report.
So this report is suggestive of a urinary tract infection which has to be treated soon with antibiotics as per your doctors prescription.Otherwise it can worsen and cause further spread of infection and may even cause complications related to your pregnancy. If treated in time these complications can be avoided.
Hence please consult your gynaecologist for apropriate management.
Wishing you a speedy recovery.
Regards
