Can I Conceive With PCOD?
I am 28yrs old, ultrasonography report gave impression of multiple tiny peripherally located follicles with central echogenic stroma in both ovaries.. i had my last period on 17th march, nxt april month there was no period.. i am trying to conceive.. can i conceive.. ? how many days are required for treatment of PCOD?

Yes you can conceive with pcod. Pcod treatment takes around 3 to 6 months.
I would suggest you to go for ovulation inducing drugs like clomephine . This will help multiple follicles to mature and rupture . Thus increasing chances of pregnancy .
