Can I Continue Taking Olmin For Blood Pressure Issues?

Hi Dr,Iam78 yrs old taking BP tabs for over 30 yrs. Presently taking olmin-40ch,lipicure 20mg,nefrosave tab besides esamino. My BP showed 150/90. Is it highBP?Now Eritel 20 is also added in my list above,pl advise me My email YYYY@YYYY

Respected sir for your age group maintaining BP at 150/90 is said to be adequately controlled . You must continue all the medicines you are taking for this.no need to add any new medication nor to change any. Apart from this maintain healthy life style take salt and saturated fat restricted diet..diet rich in fruits and vegetables is good for you. Go for brisk walk for about 30 minutes everyday. Hope this will help.
