Welcome to HCM
This is Dr Amit. In my opinion he can eat NESTLE GERBER unless it does not have any sulfites and artificial food colourings.
Sulfites are often found in:
1.baked items, like cakes and cookies
2.bottled lemon and lime juice
3.frozen or canned fruits and veggies
4.cornmeal and cornstarch etc
In addition to the foods mentioned in the list above - which may contain sulfites - other foods that should be avoided, or only introduced under the guidance of your child' doctor ARE
FAVA BEANS and possibly ALL LEGUMES and also avoid antimalarial drugs like PRIMAQUINE
Regards
