Can I Get A Second Opinion On My CIN 1, HPV 31 Diagnosis, And The Recommended Treatment Plan?

Hi, I had a routine smear test and it came back abnormal. I then had an HPV DNA test and a colposcopy. The results from that was CIN 1 and HPV 31. I have been told to return in 6 months and repeat the whole process, as well as not have sex for 6 months and take some mushroom tablets. I am wanting a second opnion
