Can I Give Cetzine Syrup To My 6.5-year-old Son Having Cold And Fever?
My son is 6.5 years old and 30 Kgs in weight. He has a very bad cold and last night he had a fever of 101. I gave him Crocin (paracetemol) and he seems to be fine now. But still very congested and is finding it difficult to breathe due to blocked nose. Can I give him Cetzine Syrup? If yes, then what dosage? Can I give him steam therapy too?

Still running nose present can give Syrup. Citrizin 2.5mg Hs. for 2 to 3 days
