Can I Give Wikoryl Oral Suspension For Cold?

Hi, My daughter is 1/2 year old. Doctor has prescribed Wikoryl AF syrup for her for cold but what I have got is Wykoryl Oral Suspension. Can I use this, if yes what should be the dosage. For Wykoryl AF the dosage prescribed by doctor is 3.5ML 3 times a day

Hello
Wikoryl AF each 5 ml contains phenylepherine HCL 5mg+chlorpheniramine maleat 1 mg.
While Wihoryl suspension each 5 ml contains paracetamol 125 mg + phenylepherine HCL 5 mg + chlorpheniramine maleat 1 mg .
Your doctor advise 3.5 ml three times in day .
As I mentioned above syrup ( suspension ) contains extra paracetamol , in my opinion if you don'y get Wikoryl Af then you can use syrup but in my opinion twice in day ( 3.5 ml ) .
Only paracetamol is extra , rest is same and we can use paracetamol in infants , so need not to worry .
Good luck for daughter.
