Can I Go For Herniated Disk Repair While Also Suffering From Painful Rash On Shoulder Blade Caused By Shingles?
I am suposed to have back surgery on wednesday of this week. I have developed a painful rash on my shoulder blade that is burning. I am thinking I might have shingles. Will I still be bale to have my herniated disk repaired if I do have shingles?

hi painful rash on the shoulder blade which is burning can be herpes zoster or shingles.treat your herpes before ur back surgery.treat the zoster with zovirax 800 mg 5 times daily,ultracet twice daily which also may help in ur herniated disk.and application of calora ointment thrice daily for one week and then go for back surgery
