Can I Impregnate My Wife With The Following Semen Analysis Report?

hi doctor,iwould like to know about my semen analisys report.the test result is;
color--whitish
volume--1ml
odour--normal
liqufication--30minuts
reaction--alkaline
total count--90million
AM--70%
SLUGGLISH MOTILE--10%
NON MOTILE--20%
PUS CELLS--1-2/hpf
rbc--NIL
EPITHELIAL--OCCATIONAL
i want to know this is ok for making baby?or i need to improve? i am 30 years old .
your kindly co-operation will highly appreciated.

Hello
Thanks for writing to us

Your semen analysis report indicates decreased motility of sperms.At least 55 % sperms should be actively motile.
Up to 2 pus cells in semen is a normal finding.
Total sperm count is normal.

For improving motility,You should do exercise and take nutritious food.
You should avoid tight underpants.
Avoid cigarettes and alcohol if you take these things.
If low sperm motility persists then you may need assisted fertilization techniques like IUI.
Ultrasound of scrotum can be done to confirm any pathology.
