Your semen analysis report indicates decreased motility of sperms. At least 55 % sperms should be actively motile. Up to 2 pus cells in semen is a normal finding. Total sperm count is normal.
For improving motility,You should do exercise and take nutritious food. You should avoid tight underpants. Avoid cigarettes and alcohol if you take these things. If low sperm motility persists then you may need assisted fertilization techniques like IUI. Ultrasound of scrotum can be done to confirm any pathology.
