Can I Live A Normal Life While Suffering From Leaking Heart Valve?
I am 21 year old female I was recently told I have a minor leaking heart valve. My doctor told me not to worry about it that a lot of young women have it but how can I not, I've always been healthy. My question is can I do hard exercising and can I just continue my normal life like nothing?

having minor leak in heart valve is nothing serious. but u didn't mention which valve is leaking and if any additional finding is there.
you may require followup with echocardiography yearly or more frequent if any symptoms develop like palpitation or breathlessness.
