Hi im 12 years old female my weight is 43,44 my mom dont let me buy things to be thin i dont eat vegetables i have tried eating fruits and exercies i want to get thin by a week o less before school starts because i really have a big stomach and nothing looks good on me from my outfits can you help me i tried to make fruit diet but she didnt let me my mother would kill me if i didnt eat lunch which is rice !i really need your help
hi Swairoo...your mom does not let you go on fruit diets etc as your too young and you need to eat correctly for your growth.. all you can do is continue with exercise like walks/ swim/ dance for 1 hour daily..eat small meals every 2-3 hours.. have oats porridge/ muesli with milk for breakfast, fruits and nuts as mid meals, Raw salads along with lunch and replace white rice with wheat roti/ brown rice..have sprouts/ eggs whites in the evening as snacks and reduce crabs intake at night like avoid rice and have 1 roti/ whole wheat bread.. along with soups, salads and veggies.. you can also opt for Chicken/ fish for dinner as long as it is not fried.. drink plenty of water..
