Can I Manage Without Having An ACL Surgery?
hello sir , my name is sudhir , my age is 18 , i have acl tear in my right leg , i dont want to have a surgery in this age , my parents feel bad about surgeries , i feeel pain in my thighs and through out my leg sometimes while sleep , can i manage without having a surgery through out my life ?
