Can I Shift From Dexolac Regular To Dexolac Premium For A Preterm Baby At 32 Weeks At The Age Of 3 Months?

Hie doctor My baby born preterm at 32 weeks dated-21/10/22, weight was 1.8 kg Now he is 3 months 13 days old and weighs 3.2 kgs , as from beginning am using formula milk as I don t have milk supply Is my baby good at weight, am using dexolac regular I want to shift to dexolac premium. Urine daily 10 daipers full Motion 3-5 times per day Please suggest me with the good formula milk to increase weight of my baby and please also suggest when to start solids food
