I understand your concern.
Composition wise, Dexolac premium contains calcium to phosphorus ratio near to 2:1, with other essential
vitamins, which is more like breast milk and other properties too are nearer to breast milk. Along with these, it also contains more iron compared to plain Dexolac.
It also contains nucleotides, which are said to help neurologic development and boost immunity.
So, Dexolac premium is more desirable to be given than Dexolac.
However, for proper dosage and frequency of its administration, it is advisable to
consult Pediatrician and then give the formula milk, so that it can meet the nutrient needs of the infant.
Remember, there is no substitute to breast milk and it is considered to be the best.
