Can I Stop Taking Hydrochlorothiazide If I Increase My Flomax Dosage To Twice Daily?
I take Losartan daily, hydrochlorothiazide four time a week and flomax once daily. My urologist just told me to take flomax twice daily - after breakfast and after dinner. My question is can I stop taking the hydro since I m adding another flomax? Thanks

You need not stop Hydrochlorothiazide even if you take Flomax twice a day. Both have different mechanisms of action.
