Can I take 3-4 pills of Loestrin 24 Fe as emergency contraception? I now other birth control pills can be taken as EC if you take more than one at once (3-4 pills). I am in need of EC right now but can t afford Plan B, but do have my Loestrin 24 Fe new pack. Help!

Yes you can take four pills of loestrin all at once to act as emergency contraception. Make sure that you take the pills among the 21 white pills and not the false 7 red tablets.You might have irregular bleeding 2-3 days after taking these pills .
