Can I Take Phentermine Pills?

Hello, I will like to know if Phentermine pills are still good to take. But I mean the original pills.
I am around 60 pounds overweight and will like to take them. The bad thing is that I keep on getting the Phentermine pills that are not original. Do I need to get a doctors note to get the original. Do you know of any clinics were I can go get them? Let me know. I am from Los Angeles,CA area.
