Can I Take Zincovit Instead Of AtoZ-NS While Managing Diabetes And COVID?

I am diabetic and 15 days earlier I recovered from covid. From then Iam taking vitamin tablet AtoZ NS and my usual diabetic tablets azulix2mf before breakfast and azulix2 before dinner. Now I want to know that can I take Zincovit tablet instead of AtoZ NS?

Hi,

There will be no problem if you shift from Tablet A to Z to Zincovit. Muti Vitamins tablets are not routinely required. Hyper vitaminosis can also cause side effects. It will be better to get your blood tested for Vitamins deficiency and then take vitamins accordingly.
