Hi
Welcome to healthcaremagic.
The broken teeth in the gum line get infected by oral bacterial flora and may lead to serious infection so it is highly advisable that you should avoid self medication and self manupulation of the broken teeth.
It will be better if you could visit a nearby health care facility that deals in dental care as soon as possible.
Early treatment is worthwhile because delaying may lead to catastrophic consequences.
I hope the advice will be helpful for you.
