Can I Take Betnovate Along With Fucidin?

I am using fucidin and was told to call back doctors if it wasn,t working. I thought I'd get more fucidin with stronger strenghth hydrocortisone combined but I've been given betnovate. Should I continue with fucidin as well? Betnovate is once per day, fucidin was twice daily use?

Hi ! Good evening. I am Dr Shareef answering your query.

Betnovate is a steroid cream whereas fucidin is an anti septic cream. The former would take care of inflammation, where as the latter would take care of the infection. You could use both if advised by your treating doctor depending on the severity of the skin lesion.
