Hi, I was wondering how long Ginkgo biloba lasts in the body? I will be taking Citalopram as prescribed by my doctor, but forgot to mention I was taking Ginkgo for about 3 days. I heard there is an interaction between ginkgo and citalopram, so I want to know when it will be safe to start taking Citalopram. Thanks
Since their occurrence is rare, you can take the combination and be watchful for these above signs. you can stop the drug if you notice any of these interactions.
I hope this helps you out. If you have any more questions, please do not hesitate to write back to me.
Yours sincerely, Dr Thakker.
