i m a teenager and i have a lot of problem with my skin ( acne and scar ) . I went to the doctor and he said i should take control birth pills. But now i heard some collagen could help my skin better. Can i take collagen drink while using control birth pills ? because i have been using control birth pills for 1 month

acne problem in teenage is very common as the hormones are at it's peak.u might have some hormonal imbalance that ur doctor prescribed u birth control pills.
yes u can take collagen drink along with birth control pills there is no interaction between both.also try to take good sleep, plenty of fluid,fresh fruits and green vegetables.avoid spicy n oily food.it 'll help alot.thanks.
