Can I Take Hydrocodone/apap Instead Of The Ibuprofen For Sinus Infection?

I have a sinus infection and was prescribed. Amoxicillan and fluonase nasal spray. I have been on amoxicillan for 2 days but I have tremendous pain on the left side of my face. Feels like my teeth hurt badly. If I take hydrocodone/apap instead of the ibrophen will that help? The pain is very intense.
