Can I Take Metformin Or Siphene In Case Of Irregular Period In Order To Conceive While Suffering From PCOS?
My wife have PCOS.. SHE wanna become pregnant.. Doctor advised to have OOSure cap and M2 Tone syrup.. Still not pregnant.. Can i have Metformin or siphene will work ? irregular periods since 5-6 years (very irregular periods) Marriage time 3 years My wife age 26

you have to check DAY 2 FSH,LH,THYROID ,PROLACTIN LEVEL,SERUM INSULIN FASTING ,POSTPRANDIAL.
semen analysis is must.
you have to go for ovulation induction with siphene and follicular monitoring to know your ovulation status.
metformin needed in severe PCOS.
