Can I Take Mild Women S Laxative Tablet After Trazodone Taken At Night?

Yesterday, My wife was prescribed trazodone to help her sleep and it really helped. She got 7-8 hours sleep for first time in months, but now she is constantly running to bathroom but with no results. Seems as though she s having constipation, unable to reach DR office at this hour. Will it be ok to take I mild women s laxative tablet?

Hello--no problem with taking a laxative in this situation but I'd recommend Miralax as an effective non-stimulating laxative. That should be followed with plenty of liquids also
