You can if it is indicated.
Paracetomol does not have any contraindication in pregnancy. It is safe for the foeus as well as the mother.
However, we always avoid to give any medication to the pregnant woman during first trimester; i.e. before first 12 weeks since the embryo at this stage is forming its organs and developing very fast.
You have crossed that stage, so you can safely take paracetomol.
However, are you really having a cold or the pain is due to wisdome tooth impacted? Does dentist feel that your wisdom tooth should be removed? It is a very major procedure, causes lot of post surgical pain and I feel should be postponed during pregnancy - at least during early pregnancy if possible. If you can pull on with pain killers with the wisdom tooth, that should be great. If at all it has to be removed, wait for at least 4-6 weeks more.
For dental treatment also, x-ray is not advisable during pregnancy as it may harm the foetus.
