Pro argi 9 is a health supplement and is supposed to help reduce the cardiac problems;ageing of the blood vessels;and protect the heart which is claimed by the manufacturers.As far as Lisinopril is concerned there is no drug interaction reported between the two so if you want you can use it but only after consulting your Cardiologist.
