Understanding your concern. As per your query you have consistent running nose, dry cough and cold. Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like respiratory tract infection/ sinusitis or allergic rhinitis . Treatment as prescribed to you is perfect and you should follow it properly. Avoid cold carbonated beverages. Avoid hot, sharp and spicy food. For now take steam thrice a day , apply warm compresses to face and do warm saline gargles. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination.
