Can I Take Tramadol Acet After Hernia Surgery With Hydromorph Contin For Back Pain?

yes I had hernia surgery Dec 19th, was given Tramadol Acet 37.5/375mg, but I also take Hydromorph Contin 15 mg 2x daily and 12 mg 1x daily for back pain. will these two meds clash or do I need both. So far I have only taken the Tramodol in between when the pain was bad in my stomach. My incision is about 7 inches long.
