Can I Try To Conceive Having IgG More And IgM Less?

i am 36 yrs old and had cyst problem.I am dibetic, 8 months before i hv concived and had a problemetic pregnency of spoting ,bleeding and i had spont aboration in 6 th month.My Doc told me for TORCH test and after seeing the report she gave antibiotics for 3 months after repeat test in 3 month IgG is more and IgM is less.My question is can i try to concive again immidiately?
