Hello
It seems from the history that your mom is having redness and stickiness of eyes.
This indicates probably infection of the eyes in the form of conjunctivitis.
Besivance is a antibiotic eye drop and can be used to treat bacterial infections.
She can use that eye drops 4-6 times a day and if the infection does not subside even after 1-2 days you need to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
