Can I Use O2h, Dimol, Laciloc D For Colitis?

I am a 21 yr old male with a history of collitis. I did not have the problem for the last one year. But now i am in the middle of a camp and i feel the problem is re occuring. Stomach is in a very bad condition and the colon is paining as well.The medicines given to me earlier are o2h,dimol 40,laciloc d. Is it advisable that i buy it from a chemist and have it. plzz help

thanks for your query,Ulcerative colitis is an inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) that causes long-lasting inflammation in part of your digestive tract.the medication you have mentioned are
O2H tab: ofloxacin 100 mg, ornidazole 250 mg it will reduce the anaerobic infection.
Dimol 40 tab : Dimethicone (40 mg)it will reduce the gastric Distention,stomach pain.
Aciloc D tab: Domperidone 10 mg Ranitidine 150 mg it will reduce your vomiting tendency and gastric irritation if you have any.
all the medication you have mentioned are SAFE for colitis and can be taken.but consult a gastroenterologist as early as possible.
