Can IUD Insertion Post Abortion Cause Lightheadedness And Headaches?

I had an abortion 2 days ago everything has been fine but recently I have been getting light headed and a minor headache 2 out of 10 for both symptoms. I also had an IUD put in afterwards. Is the light headed feeling something to be concerned about and is caused by the IUD or the abortion.

I really appreciate your concern.
Discussion;- such symptoms could be due to low hemoglobin, and this might be due to loss of blood, else this is nothing to worry.
medication:- Iron therapy would be recommended.
Advise:- Take care in diet.
Comments:- After abortion such symptom of light headed feeling is common and this is nothing to worry.
