Can Ibuprofen Taken To Relieve Pain From Chest Pain And Shoulder Pain?
Recently went to er due to chest pain and shooting pain in shoulder and arm....all test came back negative and sent home to take 600 mg ibuprofen 3 x day.... stated a little fluid around sac of heart .. getting no relief, especially when sitting in same position all day, what else can I do to relief the pain

You are taking already the specific treatment for pericarditis. I only would like to suggest to add some analgesic to your therapy such as Tylenol, codein, oxycodone ect.
