Can Iodine Be Taken Instead Of Thyroid Replacement Hormones?

Can you tell me if taking iodine in place of thyroid replacement hormones is okay? I have Hashimoto s and take T4 only, I don t feel any better, and would like to get off the hormones all together. I whole heartedly believe in the holistic approach, and do things as natural as possible.

I really appreciate your concern, if you do have some endocrine dysfunction or disease then it need to be treated accordingly and it should never be tried anything beside the recommended medicines hope this information helps, take care.
