Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read your query and reviewed it with context to your query facts.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
IBS with Obesity accompanied with Foracort Use.
Thin limbs with Trunkal and belly obesity cant be explained at your age only on foracort use for last 2 yrs.
I would suggest to investigate more causes of ?Cushings syndrome, with Adrenocortical Adenomas of adrenal gland or with Pitutory adenoma Tumors with ACTH Adenomas
CT Skull and CT abdomen with adrenal study would resolve the diagnosis.
IBS cant be related to it as it mostly reduces body weight. But raised corticosteroid secretions effect the weight gain by increased water retention in the body with central obesity.

Hope this reply would help you to plan further treatment with your family and specialist doctors there.
Take care and get healthy and avoid bad food to live long.

Welcome for any further query in this regard.

Good Day!!
