Can Keto Gold Soap Be Used For A Prolonged Period?

I have been using keto gold soap more than a year. This was suggested by doctor due to fungal infection on my body.. It was cured.. But still im using that soap. Because I like that soap smell and my face and body color has been changing from dark to bright..everyone is asking for changes in the color tone.. Can you suggest me whether can i continue the keto gold soap or not?

there inauthenticity to use such soap, can take systemic antifungal antibiotic or apply candid ointment locally. consult dermatologist. itis not related to body color or there is no other medicine for such changes. it is imaginary.
