My wife had her baby on Sunday night they sent her home with 800 milligram Ibuprofen as of right now it is not killing her pain I have a herbal supplement called Mitragyna Specosa (kratom). It works as a painkiller and has many other uses she is currently breastfeeding and was wondering if she could take the stuff from it and if it would have any harmful effects
