Is it safe for me to take Krill oil supplements like Omega K etc. ? I m looking for help with inflammation as well as suggestested heart benefites.
As per my clinical experience, the Krill oil supplements like Omega K can be taken with currently mentioned medications. Provided multiple pharma therapy is considered at a time, I would request to keep regular follow up with your consultant to get evaluation with: @ Complete hemogram @ Liver function test as SGPT and SGOT @ Coagulation parameters with prothombin time, activated partial thromboplastin time @ Serum cholesterol profile @ Urine microscopy for any loss of protein (macro or micro albuminuria ) @ EKG
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
