Can Lamictal And Epilim Be Taken Together?

Hi I m 27 yr old female. Im epileptic for the past 10 years. Ive been taking lamictal 150 mg once a day (am only) along with Lorazepam 1mg (am) and 2mg (pm). Now they want to switch me to Epilim and ween me off of the Lorazepam. However, will interacting Epilim 400mg and Lamictal 150mg affect me?

No such serious consequences. However Epilim will inhibit or reduce the effect of Lorazepam as sodium valproate inhibits metabolism of lorazepam by binding to its binding sites. So I will advise avoid taking it together.
