Can Levofloxacin 500 Mg Cause Any Side Effects?

I had a sinus infection and the ER doctor prescribed me Levofloxacin 500mg for 10 days. Since taking it, my stomach hurts and I m urinating a lot. My pee is clear. I also have pain in my lower back on the left side. Should I be concerned. Is this medication hurting me. I m extremely worried. Please help.

The stomach pain can be because of the gastric irritation caused by the levofloxacin. Nothing to be panic, you can take a course of antacids like ranitidine before food. Avoid spicy food.
