Can Lexapro, Abilify, Trazadone, Mirtazapine, And Melatonin Be Taken Together?

The daughter of a friend of mine has been using alcohol excessively. She was jailed for almost a month, and is currently in a nursing home which she is due to be released from very shortly. She is 74 years old. The medications she is currently on are Lexapro, Abilify, Trarazadone, Mirtazapine, and melatonin. I have looked one line, and it seems that all of these drugs treat depression and anxiety. I do don t know the dosage of any of these medications, but I am wondering if it is safe to take all these drugs, or if there is another problem.

Hello,
These medications may be prescribed together at times but only under the strictest supervision by a psychiatrist.
