Can Lipitor And Azor Cause Skin Discoloration?

I am a 57 year old Black woman. My medications are Lipitor for cholesterol and Azor for HTN. In the last year while taking these meds I have noticed that if I have any scrape, burn or nibble (from my puppy) on my skin, which removes the epidermis it creates a white discoloration and does not return to my normal color which is a fair color. My gums and lips have gotten pinker as well. Is this a side affect of the meds or what is it pleased. I appreciate your advise. Thank you
