Dear doctor i m 30 yrs old. On april 18 2015 i had done endoscopy as there was hypoechoic lesion was seen in posterior wall near fundus suggested fibroids. After the surgery my dr.suggested me to take luprodex 3.75 mg injection. Are there chances that i m pregnant. Pls help me out.
The Luprodex contains Synthetic Gonadotropin releasing hormone used in various clinical conditions of gynecological problems including that of fibroids. It is known to alter the levels of FSH and LH via its hormone actions and hence menstrual delay or absence is quite normal till the therapy is going on.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
