M2 tone is a non-hormonal ayurvedic uterine tonic. Evacare syrup is also an ayurvedic syrup for uterine health. You can take the uterine syrups. It will help to regularize menstruation cycle, makes normal dysfunctional bleeding, helps ovulation, relieves anxiety and stress.
You should take home made food rich in iron, magnesium minerals and high in protein. Maintain healthy weight, do not become obese and do not lose too much weight. Stay active, avoid sedentary lifestyle. Take iron supplements. You can consult a gynecologist and take Clomiphene citrate.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
