Hi Thank you for asking HCM I have gone through your query.Most likely you are having a lower respiratory infection.If signs of bacterial infection like thick or yellowish sputum i advise antibiotics like azithromycin or co-amoxiclav.Mucinex is good for congestion.Mar-cof is a cough suppressant which has pheniramine and codeine.So when pheniramine is taken zyrtec is not needed as both are antihistamines.It is better to have a physical examination with your doctor.Have some warm chicken soup with pepper and tea with lemon.Hope this may help you.
