Can Marijuana Cause Liver Disease?

I have recently been put in a program by trasport Canada to monitor my alcohol consumption where basically they do blood work and check my liver my doctor told me my enzaynes were a little higher then they should be.my question is will Marijuana affected my enzaynes on my liver

I understand your concern.
Yes, both alcohol and use of Marijuana exhibits its effect on cells of the liver. It is known to cause hepatocellular damage, leading to an increase in certain liver enzymes. Increase in levles is directly proportional to the amount of damage to liver cells.
If it is marginally increased, you can bring it down to normal in about 4 to 6 weeks by abstaining from the use of these substances and supplementation with multivitamins and lipotrophic factors.
